HOW DO I BEGIN?

Just stop by and we can help you get started. Of course sharing pictures is always helpful -- of your rooms, items you like, or inspiration boards. Our designers work with a variety of styles and will collaborate with you whether you know exactly what you want or have no idea where to begin. Our showroom will hopefully inspire you as well.

WHAT IF I NEED WINDOW TREATMENTS, BOOKCASES, LIGHTING & MORE?

Brick & Mantel designers have expertise in a variety of decor beyond furniture to ensure your style is reflected in the entire room or home in a cohesive manner.

DO YOU DESIGN CLOSETS, KITCHENS OR BATHROOMS?

If you are planning a major home renovation or new build, and are looking for design and specification of hard surfaces such as tile, layout, fixtures, and flooring, etc., Contact Us to schedule an appointment with Anne Alderson, ASID Certified interior designer and owner of Brick & Mantel, to determine project fit and availability.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS, AND IS THERE A FEE?

In-store consultation is complementary and designers will provide suggestions for a wide variety of furnishings, lighting, rugs, decor and more, depending on your needs. Once you love your custom items, the consultant will coordinate ordering and delivery with the manufacturers to ensure a smooth process.

For larger projects we can schedule a $250 in-home consultation to discuss your project and take measurements. The designer will provide basic floor plans, select furniture, color and fabric options, working with items already in your home, or starting from scratch. Based on the scope of the project, any additional costs will be outlined up front.

HOW LONG DOES CUSTOM FURNITURE TAKE TO DELIVER?

As with many things these days, furniture and upholstery supply chains are disrupted so delivery of your custom-designed item is taking longer than in the past. If items are in-stock with minimum customization, they could ship in 6-8 weeks. Custom upholstery can take 6-8 months, so we suggest planning ahead. We will provide a specific timeline for your items prior to placing the order. We take a 50% payment at time of order, with the balance due at delivery.
